Century Lithium will host its Annual General and Special Meeting of Shareholders on Monday, October 30, 2023, at 1:00PM PT/4:00PM ET via live webcast.
Meeting materials are available for download below. The Company is conducting a Meeting virtually. Registered shareholders and validly appointed proxyholders may attend the Meeting via the web at https://agm.issuerdirect.com/lcev. The site will allow registered shareholders to vote their shares online during the Meeting, submit questions and listen to the Meeting live.
Registered shareholders as well as duly appointed proxyholders may submit questions digitally during the meeting. Questions may also be submitted to management and the Board prior to the meeting via email at info@centurylithium.com.
