Dr. Willoughby is a mining engineer with over 40 years of experience in all aspects of natural resources development. Since 2014, he has been principal and owner of consulting firm Willoughby & Associates, PLLC. Prior to that, he was President and COO of International Enexco Ltd., which was acquired by Denison Mines in 2014. He previously held various positions with Teck (Cominco). Dr. Willoughby has been a Professional Engineer since 1985 and received his Doctorate in Mining Engineering & Metallurgy from the University of Idaho in 1989.

Mr. Fayram has over forty years of experience, focusing on metallurgy, pyrometallurgy and extractive operations for multi-national mining and metals producers. He has held several positions with international mining and metals companies including projects in United States, Canada, Mexico, Argentina, and Australia. Experienced and trained in Mineral Processing, he also has extensive industrial experience in mining, crushing, mineral processing, hydrometallurgy, electrometallurgy, pyrometallurgy, environmental affairs and mineral economics.

Mr. Kalmbach is a geologist with over 25 years in the field and has held various positions with public and private companies in natural resource exploration, development, and mining, including environmental science within industry and mining. Mr. Kalmbach began his career at Barrick Gold Corp. as an underground mine geologist and later was a senior geologist for International Enexco Ltd. In 2015, he became a solopreneur, is a senior associate at an engineering and geological services firm, and Vice President, Exploration of Caliber Minerals, Inc. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology from the former College of Mining and Earth Resources at University of Idaho; is a Certified Professional Geologist with the American Institute of Professional Geologists; and a Qualified/Competent Person under CRIRSCO and its worldwide members.

Mr. Knight is a professional mining engineer, with over 30 years of experience in the mining industry. Before joining Century Lithium, he worked as a consultant and project manager for Practical Mining LLC of Elko, Nevada. He was Vice President Operations for EMC Metals Corp. until 2015. Prior to that, Mr. Knight worked in various operational capacities for Teranga Gold, Premier Magnesia, and AngloGold. He has experience in both surface and underground mining.

Mr. Cacos brings over 25 years of investor relations experience with public mining companies across all stages of development, from early-stage exploration through to production. Most recently, he served as Vice President, Investor Relations for First Mining Gold, a Canadian gold development company listed on the TSX and OTCQX, where he supported the advancement and permitting of the Springpole Gold Project, one of the largest undeveloped gold projects in Canada. Prior to that, Mr. Cacos served as Vice President, Investor Relations for Group Eleven Resources Corp., a mineral exploration company focused on advanced-stage zinc exploration in Ireland, and as Director of Investor Relations for Great Panther Mining Limited, a primary silver mining company listed on the TSX and NYSE with two mining operations in Mexico.

Dr. O’Laoire is a recognized expert in the lithium-ion battery ecosystem, with more than 20 years of experience at the intersection of lithium mining, chemical refining, and battery technology. He has worked closely with governments, global battery manufacturers, and leading materials suppliers to support the scaling production of critical battery minerals.
At present, Dr. O’Laoire is the Managing Director of Electrios Energy, where he advises on lithium supply chains, with a particular focus on the technical and commercial challenges of refining lithium into high-purity, battery-grade lithium carbonate. His background includes research with the US Department of Energy, as well as experience related to lithium carbonate precursor active materials (“pCAM”) and cathode active materials (“CAM”) used in electric vehicle batteries.
